- A letter on company letterhead stating the purpose of the trip, visa sponsorship information, and guarantee of financial responsibility from the company.

Egypt Visa is not required for citizens of the following countries: Bahrain, Djibouti, Guinea, Jordan, Kuwait, Libya, Malta, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen.
Citizens of the following countries must complete a Special Permission Application and provide the consulate with a copy of the passport. Note that this process can take up to 6 weeks: Afghanistan, Algeria, Burundi, Chad, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Ghana, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lebanon, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Nigeria, Palestine, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, and Tunisia.
